Software Engineer L4 - Experimentation Platform

Netflix's Experimentation Platform (XP) team is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (L4) to evolve their flagship experimentation UI product (ABlaze) and underlying platform services. This role offers the opportunity to shape how thousands of Netflix employees design, run, and interpret experiments, ultimately influencing product experiences for hundreds of millions of members worldwide. The position involves building end-to-end experimentation features, working across the full technology stack, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role is part of a critical internal platform that powers Netflix's entire experimentation lifecycle, supporting teams across Streaming, Games, Ads, and more. You'll be working on highly visible products that directly influence billion-dollar decisions, while collaborating with diverse engineers, data scientists, and product leaders passionate about experimentation and innovation.

The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $170,000 to $720,000, with a unique structure allowing you to choose your preferred mix of salary and stock options.
