Product Developer

We are New10, a financial service scale-up initiated by ABN AMRO. At New10 we believe that business financing should be easy and accessible. Our purpose is to empower businesses to access the financing they need and bring their goals closer.

We are looking for a Product Developer who likes to take the initiative, bring stakeholders together and is eager to further develop our products. You are the 'go-to' person when it comes to the financial products of New10, you understand the market needs and know that customer centricity is key.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Translating ideas into the right (financial) products propositions that meet customer needs
• The Product reviews of our lending products and preparing approvals when needed
• Discussing opportunities with stakeholders inside and outside the New10 organization
• Coordinates the product development process from pre-discovery to approval and hand-over

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years relevant working experience within the finance sector and experience with (online) lending
• Has a start-up/scale-up mentality
• Loves customers and is customer focused
• Is a creative problem-solver, an opportunity seeker, and has an analytical mindset
• Is a great communicator, in both Dutch and English
• Has hands-on experience in the agile way of working
• Has great stakeholder management skills
