Founding Engineer

Newton is transforming the $300B+ retail healthcare industry by reimagining patient communication through AI. As a founding engineer, you'll join at the ground floor to help build an AI-powered phone system for dentists and dental groups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ship best-in-class product: Own key product functions across the stack, shipping fast while maintaining excellence. You'll work on developing and improving the AI-powered phone system that handles patient communications and booking.

2. Shape the roadmap: Work directly with founders to refine product vision and strategy. You'll analyze customer feedback and market needs to prioritize features and improvements for both the AI communication system and practice management integration.

3. Define the culture: As the first hire, you'll help establish company culture focused on egoless execution and customer obsession. You'll set technical standards and practices while helping build the engineering team.
