Job Description
NICE is seeking a Robotic Process Automation Engineer to join their innovative team, working on cloud automation and customer data ingestion solutions. This role bridges Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams, focusing on Azure Cloud onboarding and automation workflows.
The position involves developing both attended and unattended RPA workflows, enhancing cloud monitoring capabilities, and managing infrastructure reliability. You'll work with teams across the globe, including US and Pune Cloud Services and Operations Teams.

Responsibilities For Robotic Process Automation Engineer
- Implement custom deployments and data migration to Azure based NICE Public Safety product suites
- Design, Develop and Maintain Robotic Process Automation for customer onboarding/deployment/testing process
- Integrate NICE's applications with customers on-prem and cloud-based 3rd party tools
- Track effort on tasks and evaluate impact
- Work closely with Public Safety Professional Services team, Solution Architects and Engineering teams
- Use best practice methods and quality standards
- Travel to customer site when required
Requirements For Robotic Process Automation Engineer
- College degree (preferable) in Computer Science
- Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of Object oriented languages like Java, C# and SQL
- Proficient with Linux, Microsoft Server
- Integration experience with enterprise software
- Excellent organizational skills
