Responsibilities For Senior Automation Engineer
- Design, develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell
- Automate deployment testing, build tools, and improve frameworks
- Debug and identify software issues post deployment
- Review and assign defects to the right owner
- Develop and test tools including AWS command-line interfaces, CI/CD systems, and frameworks
- Work in an Agile environment with critical thinking and analytical skills
- Communicate technical problems to software teams and management
Requirements For Senior Automation Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, ASG, ECS, Load balancer and CloudWatch)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Shell scripting, Python, JavaScript, J-Meter, Postman/Playwright
- Experience with version control systems (Github, Gitlab)
- Strong Linux knowledge (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of Experience in API testing
- CI/CD automation and testing ability
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of development lifecycles and testing methodologies
