We're seeking a senior Production Engineer to take on a crucial role focused on strengthening our distributed systems and enhancing our software development lifecycle. This position is perfect for someone who excels in complex environments, brings extensive experience in incident response and production systems, and is passionate about creating more efficient systems through intelligent infrastructure design.

The role offers competitive compensation between $150,000 - $180,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including Kafka/Redpanda, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse, and gRPC, while tackling challenges in distributed systems at scale.
