Responsibilities For Automation Engineer

  • Support Computer System Validation (CSV) work for production lines
  • Coordinate with vendors for PLC, EMS, and BMS system installation
  • Generate and execute qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues
  • Provide 24/7 technical support for automation systems
  • Maintain and optimize automated processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Support installation and commissioning of automated equipment

Requirements For Automation Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Controls, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering)
  • 2+ years experience with control systems (PLC, DCS, MES platforms)
  • Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, DeltaV, and Syncade
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), DCS, and MES
  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV)
  • Understanding of Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with flexible approach
