Responsibilities For Senior Materials and Process Engineer
- Materials selection, qualification, and manufacturing process development of PCB materials
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop and validate hardware solutions
- Plan and execute experiments to study PCB materials and manufacturing processing metrics
- Collect, interpret, and present data to internal partners
- Collaborate with product managers on product specifications
- Develop and document validation test plans
- Lead failure analysis studies
- Identify and predict trends in PCB materials and manufacturing processes
Requirements For Senior Materials and Process Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive polymer science background
- In-depth knowledge of PCB stack
- Extensive experience in PCB manufacturing industry
- Experience with PCB metallization techniques
- Experience with material characterization techniques
