Responsibilities For Senior Materials and Process Engineer

  • Materials selection, qualification, and manufacturing process development of PCB materials
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to develop and validate hardware solutions
  • Plan and execute experiments to study PCB materials and manufacturing processing metrics
  • Collect, interpret, and present data to internal partners
  • Collaborate with product managers on product specifications
  • Develop and document validation test plans
  • Lead failure analysis studies
  • Identify and predict trends in PCB materials and manufacturing processes

Requirements For Senior Materials and Process Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Extensive polymer science background
  • In-depth knowledge of PCB stack
  • Extensive experience in PCB manufacturing industry
  • Experience with PCB metallization techniques
