Job Description

NXP Semiconductors, a global leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, is seeking a Student Embedded Software Developer to join their teams in Roznov and Brno, Czech Republic. This role focuses on developing embedded software for automotive functional safety applications, working with next-generation vehicles and smart technologies.

The position is part of the Functional Safety SW team, which is responsible for developing critical safety software solutions for automotive applications, including Core Self-Test Library and Safety Software Framework. The team's work is increasingly important with the growing trend of autonomous vehicles.

As an Embedded Software Developer, you'll work in a high-performance, enthusiastic software development team in a friendly and dynamic environment. You'll collaborate with various NXP Automotive teams, including solution teams, hardware designers, and customer engineers, to implement complex safety concepts for microcontrollers.

The ideal candidate should have strong embedded C programming skills, experience in embedded software development, and a genuine interest in functional safety for modern automobiles.
