Job Description

NXP Semiconductors, a global leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, is seeking a Student Embedded Software Developer to join their teams in Roznov and Brno, Czech Republic. This role focuses on developing embedded software for automotive functional safety applications, a critical component in modern vehicles.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with next-generation vehicles, smart homes, and cities, while being part of the Functional Safety SW team. The team develops crucial software solutions like Core Self-Test Library and Safety Software Framework, which are essential for automotive microcontrollers and electronic systems.

As a Student Embedded Software Developer, you'll be involved in designing and implementing embedded software for various microcontroller architectures, working specifically with automotive functional safety applications. You'll collaborate with different NXP Automotive teams, including solution teams, hardware designers, and customer engineers.

The ideal candidate should have strong embedded C programming skills, experience in embedded software development, and a genuine interest in functional safety for modern cars. The role requires good English communication skills and a team-player mindset. You'll be working in a dynamic, friendly environment with modern facilities and various social activities.
