Responsibilities For Software Engineer, Model Behavior
- Build systems to understand and act on user engagement with models
- Develop robust evaluations to track improvements in model behavior
- Build and maintain telemetry, logging, and data pipelines
- Rapidly prototype and develop tooling, dashboards, and visualizations
- Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research and product stack
- Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions
- Own and support experiments that validate hypotheses around model behavior
