OpenAI is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead the evolution of build systems connecting on-device and cloud platforms. This role offers a competitive salary range of $380K-$460K plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Working from OpenAI's San Francisco office in a hybrid model (3 days per week), you'll collaborate with product, platform, and hardware teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with both on-device and cloud build pipelines, CI/CD systems, and a background in performance optimization and release engineering.
