Solutions Architect, Strategics

OpenAI is seeking a driven Solutions Architect for their Strategics segment to help large companies transform their business through Generative AI applications. This role involves partnering with senior customer leaders to establish GenAI strategies, identify high-value applications, and guide technical teams from prototype to production. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of technical consulting experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in Generative AI/ML solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as a technical thought partner for strategic platform customers
• Identifying and qualifying GenAI applications in various industries
• Accelerating customer time-to-value through prototypes and strategic guidance
• Managing relationships with customer leadership
• Contributing to open-source developer and enterprise resources
• Scaling the Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing
• Providing feedback to Product and Research teams

The role requires experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript, knowledge of network/cloud architecture, and the ability to lead complex AI implementations. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, problem-solver, and high-throughput operator capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
