Description For Platform QA & Support Engineer

OpenFn is seeking a Platform QA & Support Engineer to join their remote team, working within European or African Timezones. This role combines quality assurance (50%) and customer support (50%) responsibilities for their open-source platform that helps NGOs and governments automate data exchange and workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of QA experience and strong JavaScript fundamentals.

The position involves leading QA testing for bi-weekly releases, developing test automation, and providing technical support to customers using OpenFn's integration platform. You'll work with technologies like Salesforce, DHIS2, and various databases while troubleshooting data integration issues. The role requires excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

OpenFn is a Digital Public Good used in 40+ countries to automate critical workflows for social impact organizations.
