Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager
- Understand customer and engineering needs
- Gather requirements and manage feature backlogs
- Define release plans and build roadmaps
- Drive adherence to processes and procedures
- Create and execute the scrum team backlog
- Collaborate with Architects, Development, QA, Doc, UX and other Product Owners
- Manage features through their entire lifecycle
- Provide value by ensuring team health and effectiveness
Requirements For Senior Product Manager
- At least 5 years of product owner/technical product management/product development/technical professional services experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience in STEM
- Deep understanding of software development industry standard frameworks
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
- Experience with general programming languages and concepts
- JavaScript or other scripting language experience preferred
- Experience with CI/CD processes and version control systems
- Experience defining component libraries built with JSX and Virtual DOM engines
