Job Description

It is an exciting time to be part of Oracle's AI Agent Solutions Team, where we're focused on delivering cutting-edge AI capabilities to help customers automate and transform their business processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of practical, scalable AI agent solutions that empower customers and partners to leverage AI technology effectively.

As an AI Agents Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that serve as deployable templates for customers, partners, and sales solution engineers. You'll showcase the power of Oracle's AI Agent platform and enable organizations to build and customize AI agents tailored to their unique needs. The role involves consulting and advisory work with internal and external customers, documenting best practices, and elevating the knowledge of our Cloud community in this emerging technology.

You'll work with leading-edge AI tools and resources, shaping how Oracle's customers and partners deploy AI Agents within their organizations. The position requires strong technical expertise in RAG techniques, experience in building AI multi-agent solutions, and proficiency in frameworks like Flowise, CrewAI, Langchain, or AutoGen.

The role combines hands-on technical work with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring both deep technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You'll be part of a team that thrives on innovation and collaboration, working directly with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities For AI Agents Solution Engineer

  • Design and build deployable AI agent solutions based on customer requirements
  • Create practical, application-focused agent use cases and best practices
  • Work closely with customers, partners, and sales solution engineers
  • Provide technical advisory services to customers and SI partners
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and best practice guides

Requirements For AI Agents Solution Engineer

  • Strong background in computer science, technical solution engineering, or advanced analytics
  • Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
  • Experience in designing and building AI multi-agent solutions
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as Flowise, CrewAI, Relevance AI, Langchain, or AutoGen
  • Experience with enterprise applications supporting HCM, SCM, CX, and/or ERP
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or advanced analytics
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
