Oracle Multi Cloud Engineering is seeking a Data Center Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of mission-critical data center infrastructure. Responsibilities For Data Center Architect

  • Architect and implement highly available and scalable data center solutions
  • Manage server, storage, and network infrastructure across multiple data center locations
  • Design and maintain LAN, WAN, SDN, and cloud connectivity
  • Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, and network security appliances
  • Oversee virtualized environments and cloud integration
  • Enforce security protocols, access controls, and compliance
  • Lead datacenter migration, expansion, and consolidation projects
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data center engineers

Requirements For Data Center Architect

Linux
Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in data center engineering
  • Expertise in server hardware and enterprise storage solutions
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, SD-WAN)
  • Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs
  • Deep experience with virtualization and hybrid cloud
  • Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
