Oracle is seeking a Director of Software Development for their Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) engineered system. The ODA platform serves thousands of deployments across small, medium, and enterprise customers, playing a crucial role in Oracle's cloud-at-customer solutions.

The role requires leading a geographically distributed team across the U.S., Mexico, and India, focusing on delivering high-performance, highly available solutions at an affordable cost. The director will be responsible for orchestrating complete lifecycle management of databases and underlying software infrastructure across various deployment options.
