Lead Cloud Enginner/Architect

As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization at Oracle, this role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. The Lead Cloud Engineer/Architect position involves managing and supporting customer environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), providing expert assistance to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of customer cloud environments.

The role requires deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, particularly OCI, with responsibilities spanning from designing well-architected cloud deployments to implementing automated configuration management and infrastructure provisioning. The position demands strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer communication skills, as you'll be working directly with corporate customers to resolve technical issues and provide strategic guidance.

Key technical areas include expertise in Cloud Compute, IAM, Networking, Storage, and Security, along with experience in database services and high availability solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience, with 3+ years specifically in cloud technologies, preferably OCI. Certification in OCI Architecture or equivalent cloud platforms is required.
