Observability Architect

Oracle is seeking an experienced Observability Architect to join their Support organization. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, focusing on delivering post-sales services and solutions to Oracle's customer base. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Oracle's Advanced Management for Hybrid Cloud service, working directly with customer IT staff either on-site or remotely.

The position requires deep technical knowledge in cloud infrastructure, particularly OCI, and expertise in areas such as operating system administration, database management, middleware administration, or network security. You'll be working with monitoring platforms like Microfocus, Cisco, Palo Alto, SCOM, and Dynatrace, ensuring optimal system performance and resolving complex technical challenges.
