Job Description

Oracle is seeking a Revenue Cycle Technical Architect to lead and support revenue cycle integration, workflow and advanced technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. This role combines technical expertise with healthcare domain knowledge, requiring interaction with executive-level clients regarding revenue cycle expectations and improvements.

The position involves managing complex technical implementations while working closely with business operations leadership, CFOs, CIOs, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics and key performance indicators. You'll be responsible for supporting standard deployment efforts, presenting complex information to stakeholders, and ensuring successful technical integration of products across Oracle Health Platforms.

As a Technical Architect, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure technical architecture solutions to support business objectives. The role requires extensive experience in healthcare information technology, strong technical skills including programming knowledge in SQL, JAVA, and C++, and the ability to work with various healthcare-specific applications and systems.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with additional benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible vacation, and more. This role requires up to 60% travel and U.S. citizenship due to client contracts and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities For Oracle Health Technical Revenue Cycle Architect

  • Supporting standard deployment efforts across Revenue Cycle consulting teams
  • Presenting complex information to clients and stakeholders
  • Working with product and IP team through customer business requirement requests
  • Configuration support across registration, scheduling, charge services, HIM, patient accounting
  • Supporting technical integration of products across Oracle Health Platforms
  • Support, design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure technical architecture solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop system requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during project implementation

Requirements For Oracle Health Technical Revenue Cycle Architect

Java
  • Minimum of 8 years combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare information technology consulting
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field preferred
  • Experience in programming systems: SQL, CCL, JAVA, C++
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts
  • Must be able to obtain government security clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with BedRock, PFTTools, ProfitBusinessManager, and other healthcare systems
