This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position requires working onsite in Nashville 5 days per week and participating in an on-call rotation.
As a Principal Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving both technical and non-technical customer inquiries through various channels. You'll need extensive experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure, particularly in Cloud Networking and public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle products and the ability to work independently while researching and developing solutions to complex customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud-related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a global team.
