Principal CSS SaaS SCM Engineer

Oracle is seeking a Principal CSS SaaS SCM Engineer to join their Customer Success Services (CSS) team, which supports over 6,000 companies worldwide. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities in the Supply Chain Management domain.

As a Principal Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing consultancy, working directly with customers, and translating business concepts into implementable solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in SCM implementations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in delivering Oracle solutions, with at least 6 years specifically in SCM SaaS applications. You'll need strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, along with expertise in various procurement and logistics modules.

Key responsibilities include leading technical teams, coaching team members, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring Oracle cloud technologies are properly leveraged. You'll also support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups, maintain Oracle solutions, and work closely with Technical Account Managers.
