Principal Network Development Engineer

The AI2NE Organization at Oracle is seeking a Principal Network Development Engineer to join their team focused on RDMA cluster networking. This role supports the design, deployment, and operations of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with a primary focus on network fabric and systems development. The position requires deep understanding of networking protocols and strong programming skills. The team strives to be global leaders in RDMA cluster networking, enabling seamless, accelerated High-Performance Compute (HPC), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning advancements. This role will work with a large-scale global cloud infrastructure, managing hundreds of thousands of network devices supporting millions of servers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network engineering, strong programming skills particularly in Python, and deep knowledge of networking protocols. They will be responsible for developing solutions, mentoring junior engineers, participating in architecture design, and providing technical leadership across teams.
