Program Manager Intern - NetSuite

The AI Program Management team at NetSuite is dedicated to accelerating AI development, adoption, and literacy across the organization. With a focus on data governance, employee engagement and enablement, release management, education and events, and communications, the team aims to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth for internal and external customers. The team empowers NetSuite employees to explore and adopt AI/ML technologies to improve workflows and contribute to the AI product roadmap. They also support AI product development from initiation to release, enabling NetSuite customers to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and business success. The Program Manager Intern will work on projects such as incorporating Beta Customer or Early Adopter Product release feedback into future roadmaps, assessing technical feasibility of customer feedback from an AI/ML perspective, creating structured feedback mechanisms, and developing an understanding of AI/ML product features.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent major
• Completing sophomore or junior year by summer 2025
• Must be returning to the degree program after completion of the internship
• Attend a university in the US
• Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025
• Preferred: Minimum 3.0 GPA
