Senior Network Support Engineer

Oracle is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to join their technical support team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support services for Oracle Systems and Hardware products, including Network, Servers, Engineered Systems, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

The position requires a skilled professional with 3-5+ years of experience in network administration and cloud technologies. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure. The role demands expertise in various networking protocols, security implementations, and diagnostic tools.

As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and providing expert guidance on network-related challenges. The role offers exposure to advanced technologies and the opportunity to work with enterprise-level systems and infrastructure.

Key technical requirements include experience with TCP/IP Protocols, Network Interfaces, DNS, NFS, Network Security, and various networking tools. Knowledge of VPN solutions, cloud platforms, and certification in relevant technologies (CCNA, AWS, Azure) is highly valued.
