Senior Principal Health Data Solutions Engineer

This Senior Principal Health Data Solutions Engineer role is part of our Health Data Intelligence Customer Success team, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying AI applications on our AI Health Data Platform.

The position involves working closely with healthcare providers to create transformative AI solutions that address critical healthcare challenges across entire health systems. You'll be responsible for building data pipelines, tools, analytics, and applications across Population Health, Life Sciences, and Research domains. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in AI/ML, healthcare domain knowledge, and strong engineering capabilities.

As a Senior Principal Engineer, you'll drive tangible outcomes through hands-on implementation while providing feedback to product and engineering teams to strengthen the platform. The role combines technical leadership with strategic partnership, requiring both deep technical skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions to executive stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $96,800 to $251,600 per annum, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible vacation, and more. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day per week in the office with up to 25% travel.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science in healthcare, along with strong programming skills and understanding of healthcare systems.
