Responsibilities For Senior Technical Support Engineer - Financial Services

  • Providing real-time responses to customer inquiries
  • Interact with customers via telephone, web and other electronic channels
  • Research, recreate and test issues
  • Build knowledge notes for resolved issues
  • Manage time to address customer needs
  • Assist in providing regional coverage for Financial Services products
  • Work with other business units to develop SaaS solutions
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives

Requirements For Senior Technical Support Engineer - Financial Services

Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Rich experience in Java, JSP, OJET
  • Experience with OFSAA Products
  • Experience with Tomcat, WebSphere and WebLogic
  • Database backup and restoration experience (Oracle)
  • Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL
  • Understanding of UNIX operating systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Understanding of Cloud services
