Oracle Cloud is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with DevSecOps mindset to join their cloud computing platform team. This role focuses on enabling users to run large-scale data processing jobs more efficiently in the cloud. You'll be working on solving complex resiliency and scalability challenges in distributed systems and data processing platforms, with the opportunity to impact petabyte-scale data processing systems used by customers worldwide.

Responsibilities For Software Developer 3
- Work autonomously and collaborate with team members to lead design and implementation of key service parts
- Write efficient, understandable, debuggable and testable codes for large scale transactions
- Apply AI/ML techniques for observability systems
- Improve performance, reliability and scalability of infrastructure resources
- Troubleshoot and respond to major incidents
- Manage environment setup and service deployment
- Provide customer support for Oracle Data and AI technologies
Requirements For Software Developer 3
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming (Java, Python) or Scala
- Experience in building large scale data analytics systems
- Solid understanding of Linux, Containers, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
