As a Software Developer 4 on the Enterprise Management Services team, you'll be instrumental in developing our DevOps and Cloud services platform. This role involves designing distributed systems, developing across the full technology stack, and leading technical initiatives.
You'll work on large-scale, back-end distributed DevOps services, customer-facing platforms, and cloud-native OCI services. The position requires expertise in distributed systems design, full-stack development, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. You'll be responsible for driving technical designs, maintaining high code quality, and optimizing development processes.
The role is based in Nashville, TN, requiring in-office presence Monday through Friday. You'll be part of a diverse team of innovators shaping cloud technology's future while working with cutting-edge tools and technologies. This position offers competitive compensation ($96,800 - $223,400) plus benefits and the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cloud solutions.

Requirements For Software Developer 4
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience with software development and object-oriented programming
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, C++, C#, .Net, Go
- Experience with designing, launching and maintaining distributed systems at scale
- Expertise in building web applications and designing REST APIs
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
