  • Use Oracle internal tools, resources, and network to learn and stay up to date with innovation
  • Contribute as a team member on customer projects
  • Consult with clients to understand business requirements
  • Support Customer relationships with CSS
  • Design new scalable solutions for infrastructure environment
  • Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks

Requirements For Undergrad Cloud Engineer - Customer Success Services

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent by June 2026
  • At least one internship or equivalent practical experience
  • Must reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Strong communication skills
