Responsibilities For Undergrad Cloud Engineer - Customer Success Services
- Configure, test, and optimize generative AI solutions
- Measure and monitor AI performance
- Help enable features and subsystems for AI solutions
- Design new scalable solutions for infrastructure environment
- Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks
- Bring in new ideas and improve production infrastructure
- Consult with clients to understand business requirements
- Support customer relationships focused on collaborative partnerships
Requirements For Undergrad Cloud Engineer - Customer Success Services
- Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent by June 2026
- At least one internship, research assistantship, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building AI agents
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one of: Java or Python
- Coursework in at least three areas: AI, Algorithms, Big Data, Data Structures, Database, Machine Learning, OOP, Software Programming
- Reside in the United States and attend a university in the US
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
