Responsibilities For Undergrad Cloud Engineer Intern - Customer Success Services
- Configure, test, and optimize generative AI solutions
- Measure and monitor AI performance
- Help enable features and subsystems for AI solutions
- Design new scalable solutions for infrastructure environment
- Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks
- Bring in new ideas and improve production infrastructure
- Contribute to customer projects with Oracle experts
- Consult with clients to understand business requirements
Requirements For Undergrad Cloud Engineer Intern - Customer Success Services
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Must have completed at least one internship or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building AI agents
- Proficiency in SQL and either Java or Python
- Coursework in at least three areas: AI, Algorithms, Big Data, Data Structures, Database, Machine Learning, OOP, Software Programming
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship
- Must reside in the United States and attend a US university
