VBCS Implementation Architect

As a VBCS Implementation Architect at Oracle Customer Success Services, you will be a key member of an international network of experts dedicated to driving customer success through innovation and expertise. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert mentorship on Oracle VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud. The role involves leading the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to guiding development teams and ensuring successful deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer Integration requirements and visions. Working with various DevOps tools, you'll help define and evolve standard practices within the software engineering division. The position requires independent work on development and issue resolution, ensuring timely delivery of project artifacts, and providing comprehensive support throughout implementation.

As part of Oracle's Customer Success Services team, you'll benefit from working alongside certified and experienced professionals, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You'll engage with diverse customers, managing the full lifecycle of delivery and services, ensuring each project has tangible impact. This role requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT implementations, with deep expertise in Oracle VBCS and Integration Cloud.
