Advanced Coders - AI Training (Contract)

Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers and coders to be part of the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution. This contract opportunity is perfect for those with a background in software engineering, computer science, or programming, especially those skilled at solving coding challenges.

As part of this role, you'll contribute to training generative AI models to excel at coding generation, helping to build the next generation of coding tools. The company has partnered with organizations to train AI large language models, focusing on helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code.

Key responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated code quality, solving coding problems, writing functional and efficient code, and creating robust test cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with locations across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, and Great Britain.
