Responsibilities For Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365

  • Configure and manage both commercial and GCC High M365 and Azure environments
  • Act as Microsoft 365 SME and point of escalation for tech support and operations teams
  • Drive the implementation of Microsoft products and workflows
  • Partner with Compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Research, develop, and deploy new techniques to manage systems programmatically
  • Incorporate latest industry trends into M365 environment
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements For Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365

  • Experience automating solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience configuring, administering, and owning Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Fluency in at least one programming language
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a distributed team
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Ability to thrive in a flat, dynamic setting
  • Ability to exercise judgment in high-pressure situations
