Forward Deployed Software Engineer - Korea Forward Deployed

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to join their team in a role that bridges technical expertise with customer solutions. This position, while supporting US Government work, is based in Seoul, South Korea.

As an FDSE, you'll be at the forefront of solving complex customer challenges, designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that make real-world impact. The role involves working with Palantir's suite of products and open-source technologies to tackle problems ranging from customer retention to money laundering detection.

You'll work with a diverse set of customers globally, gaining unique insights into major industries and institutions. The role offers exposure to various projects including insider trading detection, disaster relief improvement, and healthcare fraud prevention. Each project presents unique challenges, from regulatory considerations to data complexity and user requirements.

The technical stack is comprehensive, including core Palantir products, distributed computing systems (Postgres, Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark), multiple programming languages (Java, Groovy, TypeScript, Python), and cloud infrastructure (AWS). You'll be working in a dynamic environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and impactful solutions.

The position offers competitive compensation ($135,000 - $200,000/year) plus additional benefits including RSUs and bonuses.
