Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of recruiting. You will have end-to-end ownership and will solve hiring challenges at scale. You will work on intelligently matching candidates and companies, designing incentives for recruiters, building core tooling to power recruiter workflows, and creating a new paradigm for how candidates find their dream jobs. Responsibilities
- Intelligently match millions of candidates and companies with unique and proprietary data source driven by recruiters
- Design monetary and social incentives to define how recruiters should work and help them earn more than ever
- Build core tooling to power recruiter workflows and enable accurate candidate matching (AI notetaker, email sequencing, chrome extension, etc.)
- Create a new paradigm for how candidates find their dream job via recruiters and lay the foundations to build the next LinkedIn
- Hack away at creative ways to acquire marketplace liquidity in new industries like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare
Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of experience as a senior/lead/staff engineer
