Job Description
Pavago is seeking an AI Automation Engineer for a full-time remote contractor position working in EST hours. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI technologies and workflow automation platforms, combining technical expertise in AI tools, web development, and system integration. Daily responsibilities include exploring internal systems for automation opportunities, implementing AI-enhanced workflows using tools like n8n or Make.com, and ensuring seamless API integrations with platforms like Google Workspace. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in workflow automation and 1 year in AI technologies. Responsibilities For AI Automation Engineer
- Map out internal processes and design automated workflows leveraging AI to optimize daily tasks
- Continuously monitor AI automation systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements
- Seamlessly integrate multiple AI platforms and third-party APIs, including Google Workspace and various AI tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable, automated solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, performance metrics, and updates for internal use
Requirements For AI Automation Engineer
- At least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in workflow automation platforms and related tools
- Strong proficiency with workflow platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Bolt.new
- Hands-on experience with frameworks and models such as Claude, Cursor, and other emerging AI technologies
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of Google APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Console integrations
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize in dynamic environments
