Automation QA Engineer

PayPay Card Corporation, established in 2021, is a leading FinTech company in Japan that has revolutionized digital payments by integrating with the PayPay payment platform, serving over 66 million users. We're seeking a Senior SDET/Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our quality assurance initiatives.

The role combines deep technical expertise in test automation with strategic thinking about quality assurance. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks for our backend systems, batch jobs, and legacy architectures. This position requires strong Java programming skills and extensive experience with modern testing tools and frameworks.

As our Automation QA Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies including microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. You'll use tools like GitLab, Jenkins, TestNG, and JUnit to create comprehensive test suites. The role involves collaborating closely with development teams to integrate automation tests into the SDLC and continuously improve our testing strategies.
