They're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in a full-time remote capacity.
The role requires expertise in JavaScript and API integrations, with PHP experience being highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing user-facing workflows, managing backend integrations, and ensuring overall system performance. Working closely with the founder and development team, you'll be instrumental in supporting the company's customer growth strategy.
The position demands a highly technical and responsive individual who can deliver results quickly, think systematically, and maintain clear communication. You'll work with modern tools including GoHighLevel, Stripe, and various AI-powered development tools. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, requiring strong CST timezone overlap for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Developer (JavaScript & PHP)
- Review existing environment and diagnose performance bottlenecks
- Meet with founder and current developer to review site architecture and integration flows
- Audit current Stripe + GoHighLevel sign-up logic and confirm full data/trigger sync
- Conduct cross-device and mobile speed tests
- Implement immediate fixes to improve user onboarding experience and site speed
- Sync with founder every morning for priorities review
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Developer (JavaScript & PHP)
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (front-end and back-end development)
- Proven expertise in API integrations and building/managing webhooks
- Ability to work with PHP
- Clear familiarity with GoHighLevel backend workflows or comparable platforms
- Strong English communication skills and morning CST availability
- Strong sense of urgency and autonomy
- Proficiency with coding accelerators (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Replit Copilot)
