Job Description

PEXA is revolutionizing property exchange in Australia through their world-first digital settlement platform, facilitating over 20,000 property settlements weekly. As a Graduate Platform Engineer, you'll join their global Platform Engineering team for a 12-month structured development program starting February 2026. The role offers hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions, and security hardening.

Working at the heart of PEXA's technology, you'll design and build foundational platform components and self-service capabilities across multiple regions. The program includes specialized pathways, flexible rotations, and strategic alignment, all while being supported by dedicated mentors and buddies. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers and various teams to ensure the platform remains resilient, scalable, and secure.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$79,000 and comes with comprehensive benefits including wellness allowances, flexible work arrangements, parental leave, professional development through PEXA Academy, and an employee equity program. PEXA is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, welcoming applications from all backgrounds including women in STEM, culturally diverse candidates, and career changers.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to kickstart their career in platform engineering while contributing to the transformation of property services.
