Job Description
Join the ML team at Phia, a fast-growing shopping platform, to build and scale search, ranking, and personalization systems. You'll be responsible for the design, training, and deployment of models that handle hundreds of millions of items daily, impacting a large user base. Phia has over 350K+ users and a 90% retention rate. The work is highly impactful as users depend on search accuracy to trust and continue using the product. You will work alongside experienced engineers from companies like Pinterest and Amazon.
The role involves working on core product features and offers competitive equity. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a product with a massive user base and high retention. The base salary range is $190,000 - $260,000. Phia offers visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, OPT). This position is open to fully remote candidates.
