Machine Learning Engineer II

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where millions of people find inspiration for their lives. As a Machine Learning Engineer II, you'll contribute to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release. You'll build products and features that enable visually rich experiences, spearhead discovery problems, and identify potential engineering challenges. Your role involves designing and developing clean, efficient, and sustainable software, analyzing complex problems, and implementing creative algorithms. You'll interface across the engineering organization to develop new features from scratch and run experiments to improve the Pinner experience.

The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Neurobiology, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline, along with six months of relevant experience. Key skills required include Python, Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Algorithms, Statistical analysis, Data visualization, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
