Head of Product Software

Pison Technology is seeking a Head of Product Software to lead their engineering teams in developing breakthrough consumer and wellness products. This role sits at the intersection of technology and healthcare, leveraging electroneurography (ENG) and artificial intelligence to provide real-time insights into the body's nervous system.

As the Head of Product Software, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of Pison's product software technology, including Platform Software, Applications, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure. This is a senior leadership position requiring both technical expertise and strong management skills, with the opportunity to shape the future of neural-based applications.

The role involves leading multiple engineering teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, manage the complete software development lifecycle, and drive innovation in product development.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You should have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, web/mobile applications, and data engineering. Experience with IoT, wearables, or electroneurography would be particularly valuable.
