Responsibilities For Senior Backend Engineer
- Create and design modular, scalable, testable systems
- Identify root cause of system issues and determine resolutions
- Work and intervene on the whole life cycle of the software
- Provide guidance to and mentor more junior team members
- Share product insight with stakeholders and challenge product decisions
Requirements For Senior Backend Engineer
- At least 5+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Experience in working within a cross functional team
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with both strongly and dynamically typed languages
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate about complex technical challenges
- Ability to provide guidance and mentor junior team members
