Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer - Second Shift - Serbia - Remote
- Develop new integrations between platforms and third-party applications
- Develop reports and custom web grids / Windows form grids
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose customer issues
- Assist with root cause analysis and solution development
- Perform performance analysis and improvement for application database processes
- Maintain customer contact on open issues
- Perform routine system audits for preventative maintenance
- Multi-task and prioritize open issues
Requirements For Application Support Engineer - Second Shift - Serbia - Remote
- Ability to understand C# code and write SQL queries
- Experience in SQL performance monitoring, ETL design and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English communication
- Understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
- Understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
- Understanding of IT security concepts
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
