Senior Fullstack Engineer, Flow Builder

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on the Flow Builder team, you'll be at the forefront of developing Postscript's message orchestration platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on a rapidly growing product, tackling exciting challenges in building scalable and extensible solutions.

You'll use your expertise in React and Python (Flask) to enhance the platform experience, empowering customers to run their entire SMS business through Postscript. As a technical leader, you'll set the standard for system maintainability and performance. The role offers autonomy for personal growth and direct impact on customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly products
• Leading projects and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Working in a fast-paced environment with high-throughput, low-latency applications
• Mentoring fellow engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and peer feedback

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with AWS (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs

Postscript offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 plus significant equity, regardless of location.
