As an Engineering Team Lead for Machine Learning at PriceSpider, you will:

• Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
• Develop and execute the technical strategy for AI/ML and data processing initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and data innovation.
• Design, oversee, and implement scalable AI/ML systems, ensuring best practices in model development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and driving process enhancements.
