Responsibilities For Sr. Software Engineer in Test (SDET)
- Drive quality throughout feature development by designing and implementing test standards, processes, and methodologies
- Collaborate with SDET managers to establish quality standards across teams
- Execute comprehensive testing at multiple levels: functional verification, regression testing, compatibility, and performance testing
- Support production releases, monitoring, incidents, and patch verifications
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (UI and API/Services) for web and mobile applications
Requirements For Sr. Software Engineer in Test (SDET)
- 5+ years software QA/Software Verification experience
- BSCS degree or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Java or similar automation frameworks
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server database and API/services level testing
- Strong Python scripting/programming skills
- Mobile app testing and troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of performance and security testing
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Experience creating test strategies and maintaining test suites
